Group Classes

The best way to socialize your dog to new environments and working around other dogs is to join our group sessions! We usually meet with 6-10 dogs and run some fun obedience drills, giving both dogs and handlers a chance to build some confidence around other people and dogs.

Group classes give dogs and their owners an opportunity to practice important skills in a controlled environment with real-world distractions. For puppies, our group obedience classes combine basic training with structured socialization, helping young dogs learn how to focus on their owners, remain calm around other dogs and people, and develop appropriate social skills. Rather than simply allowing puppies to play freely, we teach them that the presence of other dogs does not always mean interaction — an important foundation for raising a confident, well-mannered adult dog.

For reactive dogs, group sessions provide something that is difficult to recreate during individual training: controlled exposure to other dogs. Dogs work at appropriate distances while owners practice engagement, obedience, impulse control and calm movement around known triggers. As each dog progresses, distance and difficulty can be adjusted in a safe and structured way. These sessions also give owners valuable hands-on experience managing their dogs in realistic situations, helping turn skills learned during private training into behaviors they can confidently use on everyday walks and in public.
